for a few months now. It's worse in the morning. No particular part of my foot hurts worse than another. It just hurts all over.Hard to walk on my feet. It seems like if I rest and then get up and walk it hurts worse. I am not a diabetic and as far as I know my circulation is fine. Any ideas what it is? PS I also don't have swelling or redness.

Go find yourself a step. Facing the step, put the ball of your foot on it leaving the rest of the foot hanging over the edge of the step. Now lift up on your toes and then slowly lower yourself so that your heel is as far below the step as you can go without falling off. Do this several times. You need to stretch your tendon in the back of your ankle. It's a pretty common problem. Try it. It works. I've had the same problem off and on over the years and this simple procedure works every time.

it might be rheumatic arthristis or seronegative arthritis. Those are the two non inflamatory arthritis. The cause autoimmune disease, are disease that just happen. Any sign on hands? is the front or heel worst? is the first toe or the 5th worst? Ask for a X ray and a CBC to rule out Gout, but I think is not gout. But there is a disease call CPPD or pseudogout is a acomulation on little fragment of bone in your tissues. Is not infection, fracture or plantarfasciatis because there is no swelling and it seem there is something sistematic going on there. In you have hair in your feet dont worry about circulation thats the sign of good circulation.

Could be your shoes, so try changing them. Remember the feet take the full weight of the body, so if you are overweight, you need to loose weight. Outside of that Osteoarthritis, or wear and tear on the joints.
