Females usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues beyond 15. Growing up to 18 is rare but it does occur and growing up to 21 only occurs in very isolated and almost unheard of cases.
For males the corresponding ages are 18, 21 and 25.

I stopped growing in height when I was 17 and stayed at the same weight until I was about 50 years of age. Then I gained weight over the next 15 years. I hope nothing else happens or I will die an unhappy man.

The growth plates in the body generally stop growing at 18 for females and 21 for males.
