Kay.. I'm getting a new bed pretty soon. I have a 10x11 room, and a Queen sized bed. Yeah, It's a small room. So I was thinking of getting a twin bed.
I want to be able to store things under the new bed..
Like, a small chest, Boxes, and what not..
And I can't do that with a standard bed that's less thana foot off the ground. v_v

Are there any type of Raised Beds out there?
Like.. 3 feet or higher off the ground?
Links, brands, and prices are greatly appreciated.

Thanks! <3

You can get bed lifts that will raise your bed about 7-12 inches.. You can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond.. Use a 20% coupon ! They cost around $20 Or forgo getting the new bed and see if you know anyone that can build you a loft style bed ! Also very, very popular in college campus.. Look online for plans... They generally cost $200 or so... Then you can put a desk, or daybed or use the underneath as closet space for whatever... good luck collegebedlofts.com The wood/supplies are around $200 + $10 for the plans..

For years my bed sat on top of some draws that used to be the platform of my waterbed. Check some garage sales, if you can find a set or two of those it worked great, and very low cost. And you don't have to worry about legs on the bed's box springs, just set the bed on top of the box or drawers you find.

When I bought a twin I had the same problem. The salesman I bought my matress and frame from referred me to Home Depot or Lowe's. I haven't gone yet, but he said they have these "feet" or stands that elevate your bed. I don't know how high they go, though. College kids have been using cement blocks for decades to do the same thing. Otherwise, you might have to search online for a platform bed frame that is made properly to offer that much elevation.
