I'll stick with Robert Johnson
Check out interviews with any great guitarist in which his name is mentioned and you'll all hear them confirm one thing.
I can't play like that.
At some moments it sounds like their are 2 or even 3 guitars playing. A friend of mine once tried to analyse some of the guitar work and found that to play some of it he had to either be playing with his hands turned round or his arms crossed. his play is freakingly good that's all I can say

Depends what you personally like, but I always thought Roy Buchanon was amazing and also Johnny Winter. Of course there are a hundred more great ones such as Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, the three Kings, Robben Ford, and more.

Here's a sentimental vote for BB, but as an active (schooled) musician, I'm convinced that Stevie Ray Vaughn is/was a far better technician, and therefore, may be the more "amazing" player.
There's really no right or wrong answer to this question. It, like music itself, is entirely a matter of opinion/taste.

Buddy Guy is one of my favorites. Peter Green before he went crazy. He is my favorite Mayall guitarist. He also established Fleetwood Mac as an outstanding blues band. Albert Collins. Early Muddy Waters. Earl Hooker. There are so many.

It's definitely Buddy Guy. I've seen him twice with B.B. King and Buddy Guy blew King off the stage. Someone else I thought was great was Lightnin' Hopkins. Roy Buchanan and Rory Gallagher are quite impressive too.

Of all time? have to be Robert Johnson all blues legends have covered at least one of his songs. Recent history B.B., Freddie, Clapton, Stevie Ray, Elmore James, Muddy Waters,John Lee Hooker, Guitar Slim, hard to pin that one down.
