defining heretics as ones against the orthodox, then all religious and non-religious types that are not followers of the Catholic see of Rome, are heretics according to the Papacy, though in the modern climate they would not dare say so, at heart they want to burn us all..

One man's orthodox brother is another man's heretic.
Its all relative. They are still here. As long as people disagree about religion, heretics will be around by definition.
I'm a heretic to some people, and you are probably a heretic to others.
The only difference is that today, due to the separation of church and state practiced in some countries, heresy is no longer universally a crime punished by the state.

Yes. They can even be in the churches. I have spoken to some. When they speak about something that isn't in the bible and act like it is or try to get you to believe that it is then they are a heretic.

yes, they are the Bible-fundies. they distort the Bible to their own advantage. they are self-serving hypocrites who attack Christ's Church which is the Catholic Church day and night. surely, the devil never sleeps.
