i haven't lost as much weight lately as I did when i first started my diet but still dropped a dress size.

The ONLY way to loose weight is to eat less and work more

Hear me now,. . . eat less and exercise more.
Again, the best thing is to eat less and exercise more.
One without the other is not nearly as effective as them both.

However, as time progresses, he or she will not notice any change. To lose weight, always challenge your body at the gym by exercising at a high intensity. Furthermore, DIET is very important. Almost as important as exercise. Calories in - calories burned = weight change. This does not mean that you have to quit eating your favourite foods. Just eat smaller portions, 6 times a day. That is one of the most effective weight loss options, and the results are incredible.

Yes you can lose weight by just exercising but its also good to add in some fruits with your meals and drink lots of water, as soon as you wake up until you go to bed (try 8 glasses a day) Also maybe try drinking crystal light! :) Good luck!
