Eye Bb
Tongue Rr
Ear Ff

Female bbRrff x Male BbRrFf

There are only four heterozygotic pairs so this is not a trihybrid cross.
All offsping get br from female so there are only two female gametes Rbf or rbf
Male has 8 possible gametes.
Draw a 2x 8 square
Eye color will appear 1:1
Ears attachment 1:1
Tongue rolling 3:1 because this is the only trait that is a hybrid cross Rr x Rr, the other two are back crosses Br x bb & Ff x ff.
This means R_ will appear in 3/4
B_ in 1/2 and F_ in 1/2
3/4 x 1/2 x 1/2 = 3/16 will be R_B_F_ genotypes.
The _ means it can be either allele.

Genetics can be tricky. Many times something that is considered a "hand-me-down-trait, may not manifest itself and lay dormant for years in the off spring, then boom, it pops uf from seemingsly now where. Just like twins in a family, sometimes yes, sometimes no.

The human body is a really screwed up organism that loves to play games.

There are ususally test that Genetic's can perform, but as the geo-nome gets unravelled more and more, things are easier to explaina nd test for.

Check with the family doctor and also check the "past" history for occurences in timelines.

oh goody. I despise genetics.

All you mentioned are possible. I don't know which ratios. You need to explain if blue eyes are recessive, I assume they are.
With that many heterozygous options, both the dominant and recessive traits would be plentiful
