These are Great verses, Jesus removed from us who are saved the burden of Sin, that's why his yoke is easy and his burden is light. We are no longer under the burden of sin which is death. We are free for evermore. Praise the Lord, thank you for reminding, it had been awhile since I had read those verses and what a peace it brought to my heart. God Bless!!

This is a very loving invitation from our Lord for us to be able to surrender our burdens to the Him. To find solace in His presence.

Each time I have lost a loved one, I have practiced these versus naturally! I reach out to Him because there are times when nothing and noone can reach my heart, when in sorrow. Only God and His peace!

I have learned that this is one of the most misunderstood verses in the Bible. The truth is, life is still tough and painful, God doesn't change anything except that I have someone who truly knows the pain I'm living and is doing nothing about it. Still, He's with me.I think that's the comforting part.

It has done a good bit. I always feel that I am falling in my troubles. But in the end through the mess I see God holding me up and keeping me strong.

It's a great one, isn't it? To me - at least it is a great stress reliever able to fill me with the peace of God that passes all understanding.

That's a funny question. It just mean you believe that stuff, and are trying to make something of it.
Okay, maybe it's a stress reliever -- for the delusional.

Since there is no lord, it hasn't done anything for me.
