the food items are healthy except for the jam and the mystery meat in the 90% lean pattie. in general that is not a balanced diet at all nor is that a sufficient amount of calories. it's low in protein, fiber, vegetables, fruit and healthy fats.

It's okay, but it doesn't have enough protein. You should add some lean or lowfat protein to each meal. The dinner is good, but add some to your breakfast and lunch. Also have a snack with some protein and carbs.

Unhealthy, there are no green or coloured vegetables.

You'd be able to sustain life with it but it isn't everything the body would require so would be unhealthy. The diet lacks lots of the vitamins the body needs.

healthy yes but you may not be getting all the serving of grains and veg depending on your serving size thats recommended by the food guide. you should have about 6- 8 servings of grain and 4-6 of veg

yes, healthy. but remember when you get hungry for something like a snack,eat fruit and drink alot of water. good luck
