I guess it would depend on what you want it for. I've never really liked pink, so I would be inclined to say black. But if you're asking me something like which color of *lipstick* is better, then I would have to say pink.

Summertime black is better, it dispersing aqay body heat if worn fit .
Wintertime pink is better as a pleasent warm color, or you
are a pedestrian in a trafficky environment.

It depends on what you need it for. Either color can be overwhelming if it's overused- but striking if used right.
