Were the Hittites ever a threat to US national security?

Considering that the Hittite civilization all but disappeared as a cultural entity thousands of year prior to the founding of the U.S., I think they are/were never a threat.

Now, of course, an unrecorded/unknown Hittite attack on the native Americans may have occurred - LOL.

I think the only threat may may present itself might be from Hittite descendants -and- we'd be "hard pressed" to identify them.

no but The U.S. could learn something from them and other civilizations which encountered them and The Assyrians another ancient people The ill treatment of people in the wars fought should have told people something. The problem is the people who should pay attention to history do not care or do not understand it and this may extend to the citizens of whichever country. Hittites likely had a version of National security probably like Defense Of The Realm like in Medievael England. No Middle Eastern Country could be a threat to national security in The U.S. National Security is just a pretext is for oil and what not would be the same for oil. If there is something on internet to effect Hittites were a Security threat then it is likely not true.

Ummm......hahaha no. Dude......the hittites died out centuries before the U.S. was even thought of. Hahaha unless of course some evil genius build a time machine, went back in time, gathered a hittite army, came back to present time and decided to attack the U.S. then yes they would be a threat to national security. lol
