With the amount of alcohol it has, it will not "go bad". However, it is in a clear bottle. You might want to store it in a dark place. The more UV light it is exposed to, the higher the chance that it will have a different flavor in the future. This is why many micro-brewers and liqueur distilleries put their products in brown bottles. The brown bottles let less light through. I think Sam Adam's just mad a TV commercial explaining this too.
