You obviously choose the mad, angry route if you want a negative way of being active over what is reality for each and every individual personality in existence. It is true that what you feel in that you are in reality an insignificant part of material manifestation. But there are other prime movers that you can consider very positive aspects of your existence and that is your ability to love and care for others and that you have all the right in the world to feel special. Be careful of forming negative definitions and reactions to what you are and habits that negatively reflect and push people away. You can be positive and realize the blessing you have if you want and you can take your own life into your own hands and be positive even if others don't understand you.

Two months ago, I had doubts about my worth too. But then, i read Uncle Mandi. Here, check this out!:
"Since the beginning of time never has there been another with my mind, my heart, my eyes, my ears, my hands, my hair, my mouth. None that came before, none that live today and none that come tomorrow can walk and talk and move and think exactly like me. All men are my brothers, yet i am different from each. i am a unique creature. I am nature's greatest miracle!"
" I am rare and there is value in all rarity. Therefore, I am valuable. I will declare my uniqueness in the marketplace, Yea I will sell it!"
"I am not on this earth by chance. I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not to shrink into a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and i will strain my potential until it cries for mercy!"
"No beast, no plant, no wind, no rock, no rain, no lake had the same beginning as I, for I was conceived in love and brought forth with purpose. In the past, I have not considered this fact, but henceforth, this will shape and guide my life!"
"O Creator of all things, help me! I am a small and lonely grape clutching the vine yet thou hast made me different from all others. Verily, there must be a special place for me. Guide me, help me,show me the way!"
Further, be grateful for your loves, family and friends. They were given that you may experience the challenges and joy of relating and they can NOT be the same as any other for the people you attract and bless will be different from all mankind because you are unique from birth! Accept it! Believe it! Celebrate it! Take care, my friend.
Hope this helped.

No, you are special! Just like how i am special. Other people view you as a totally different person, with different opinions and different hobbies. You are very important in atleast someone elses life, think maybe the person who has a massive crush on you. You are special to them. Maybe take up an intresting hobby and become passionate about it, like painting or an instrument. Become good at it and people will marvel at your brilliance.
You might think that famous people like Albert Einstein are the only special ones, but remember that you are the most important person in your life, and noone else!

I feel the same way often.
If you have friends, you can bet that you mean something to them and that they would be sad if you died.
Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.

We all want to feel special but, until we realize we are responsible for how we see ourselves it is impossible to have that self worth!
It comes from inside.

In the Bible it says that Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sins, he would have died on that cross just for you, you were bought with a price...the highest price. You are not worthless! Get out a Bible and start reading in the New Testament the book of John. Ask the Lord to guide you along as read! You are worth a life given!
