i don't know what has gone wrong with my memory. I keep forgetting things i am suppose to do. Is there a mental therapy or remedy for it?

What do you often forget? It's nice to list down things you need to remember and read them so often so you will get to remember it. If your trying to memorize something, try memorizing it when you wake-up in the morning. Your mind has rested and fresh. It's also good to associate what you need to remember with objects around you. If you need to be familiar with a place, try plotting the landmarks in the area instead of road names.

First you have to make sure that your memory problem is not organic. And then if not practice helps. Excersise and good diet help. Concentration excersises help. And concious effort on your part to remember and recognize possible things that may show a memory stored and still at the pre-concious level and learn to delve and widen your pre-concious recognition patterns. Amongst all of course a good health, proper vitamins etc. Good Luck

you should solve puzzles,do crosswords,play scrabble etc.Eat 6-8 almonds everyday.Think positive.
