i have filtered water to get rid of most of the contaminants and then i boil the water to kill whatever organism is in there then use the water for making rooibos tea which is pretty much the only thing i drink so i drink alot of it like a liter or 2 each day is that healthy? or should i drink more water?

Drinking rooibos is just fine! In fact, its good for you. There have been many studies on its benefits. Its actually not a tea at all, its an herbal tisane really. And, it does not have any caffeine..so that make makes it even better.

(If you like Rooibos, try www.customleaf.com On that website you can buy rooibos tea and make it any flavor you want. You get to make up your own rooibos tea blend. I put coconut and lavender in mine.)

Every plant is a "herb". Even the variety of common tea which has caffeine in it is just plant leaves. And coffee is from seeds.. each are natural. Probably the Mormons are against stimulants. But Rooibos tea isn't a stimulant. Drink it. God gave us all the herbs for our use.

As long as you don't have too much sugar in it, rooibos is okay. But it's probably not a bad idea to drink more water.
