No one is anti immigration, this country was built by hard working people who came here from other countries to build a better life. They did it LEGALLY!!!!!!
The, primarily Mexican, flood of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are her not to contribute to our nation, but to suck the life blood out of it and turn it into the same Sh*t hole they are fleeing from.

The Statue was a gift from France......from a time totally different than it is now. It didn't say come one and all any way you can and we will be forced to take you and give you freebies all the way for you and all people you know. I mean lets let a tad bit of reality seep in here.
Huddled masses yearning to be "free".....not every poor person on the planet wanting handouts and thinking of only money and not caring about anything else....especally our rules and laws and everything else.
Immigration is one thing....illegal is another. While we decided to "help the world" and bring more business to other countries.....we lost a ton of jobs......we can't have them shipping our jobs out and then bringing in MILLIONS illegally...not to mention legally.....at the same time. We don't need more people......we need living wage paying jobs. Not MILLIONS AND MILLIONS taking them for cheaper and driving our quality of life down the shooter.

i don't mind immigration as long as its legal . the illegals are the ones taking from the American tax payers. if you wanna live here go ahead but do it the legal way. our country was founded in those ways. and that's how it will always be.if you want to live here pay you're taxes don't send you're money back to a country where you couldn't get a job spend it here that's what keeps us strong. if you're American and you have a job and pay taxes i don't care what country you are from. if you're illegal you and the people who are employing you need to be stopped. it brings down wages for Americans who care about where they live. immigration is coming down hard on the Mexican workers that came over here with no papers its gonna shut down construction and make the cheap company's that pay Mexicans pay Americans better just to keep building. i report every illegal i see out there working. i have nothing against anyone who come here legally at all they help america

I'm in favor if immigration. If it weren't for immigration none of us would be here. What I'm NOT in favor of is Illegal Immigration. With as many people coming here as we have, we NEED to have everybody documented. It's for their protection, as well as ours. How else can people get the social services they so desperately need.
We couldn't expect to go to another country to live and be treated just like we lived there unless we did it the legal way.

Separate your thinking into two categories: legal immigration and illegal immigration. The vast majority of Americans accept legal immigration. Almost all Americans oppose illegal immigration.
Illegal means against the law. We, as Americans, are forced to obey all kinds of laws. We don't accept foreigners coming here and taking from us, illegally.

The masses came here legally in the past and had to wait at Ellis Island for entry. It Says nothing about an illegal invasion.

I have no problem with imiggration as long as it is done by the law and the people here are not illegal aliens. I think if you are going to take the "JOBS" (you know the ones so many others dont want because they rather have goverment handouts) you need to be legal and pay taxes..

You've got that wrong . The word is illegal , we like immigration , we don't like the uneducated and unskilled illegals coming into this country .
They are not improving the wealth and stability of America .

Do a Google search, you can find plenty of opposing facts. Once being the fact that it costs taxpayers over 80 billion dollars to house, feed and educate them with no end in sight.

I think people are are more voacal about illegal immeigaration. The perceptions seems to be that undocumented workers who are paid "under the table" take away from the tax base.
