Friends...sorta okay, lovers, living together, just having sex....JAIL for the 19 year old, if caught. The police is a place to start. The parents?

Yes, it is illegal. There is a huge disparity between the maturity levels of a 14-year-old girl and a 19-year-old man--he has no business dating someone so young. That is why there are laws in place to protect our children.

It's illegal, for a reason. No 14 year old is able to effectively carry on as an adult, make reasonable decisions not based on hormones, and is completely unable to take care of the resulting baby, which is almost always a guarantee.

Yes the age of consent in Florida is 16. You can inform the police and see if they will bring a statutory rape charge against the older individual. However, there has to be evidence that the two are having sex.

Illegal only if it is a sexual relationship. If you have solid proof of that, you can turn the 19 year old in at any police station. It would be better if the 14 year olds parents had such proof and did the turning in. If you're just the one the 19 year old dumped and you're trying for revenge, let it go and move on.

Yes that's illegal if they are having intercourse or engaging in sexual acts. The age of consent is 16. Kind of sick, a 14 year old, that's still a child.
I found this website when I typed in "Age of Consent" in google. Maybe try it. It also explains what happens when it is reported and where to report it.

If they're having sexual relations it's definitely illegal. 14 is below the age of consent in every state in the union.

It is illegal in all 50 states. Contact crime stoppers and give a tip. Or report it to your local department of family services.

that does sound illegal. i think you should also speak to the 14 yr. olds parents. they may not be aware of whats going on, and then they may want to be the ones that presses charges on the older one, because the older one should be the responsible one, he/she is the adult not the 14 yr. old. they are taking advantage of the situation. and if the parents don't do anything about it, then contact the local authorities and see if there is anything you can do about it yourself.
