There are many ways that you could write that so a German person would understand, it depends on whether you want to speak in a formal or informal manner, and whether there are any colloquial considerations.

Kathleen, Du bist meine Freudin - is quite informal so probably the best to use,

- You could also use 'Sie sind' - for 'You are'

- Don't forgot about the (in) after Freudin, you are talking about a female, saying 'mein Freud would actually mean my boyfriend, be careful.
