I assume you are talking about an LCD monitor?

If you are, then you're out of luck, I'm afraid. An LCD monitor or television is not considered 'faulty' until there are at least 5 dead / defective pixels.

This is an agreement with the Trading Standards Authority. Neither Play.com or Samsung are obliged to repair or replace your monitor at this stage.
