if by weight you mean most of your muscle mass, that will just about do it..what exactly do you think your body can do with 140 calories a day? that plan is a sure fire way to land yourself in the hospital.

I am sure you will. I have recently lost 48lbs. I was roughly eating 1000/1200 calories. Then doing exercise equivalent to 600/650 5 times a week. I was losing between 2lbs/3lbs a week. It's hard work, but worth it. The results are amazing.

it will help you lose weight, but in a unhealthy and life threatning way. here is some meals that wiill help you lose weight...:

8:45-
breakfast: bowl of smart start. count the calories. its about 270 calories for 1.2 cup with fat-free milk. then have a banana. this gives you energy.

10:15-
go to gym for 1 hour-1 hour and 30 min and burn about 300 calories, then, your metablosim is running and you are hopeless, you need more food!

11:30-11;45-
go eat at subway and get chicken breast or turkey breast with lettuce, tomatoes(definietly get tomatoes), pickles, olives...just vegies..no oils or vinegars. count the calories. i dont know how much it is.

12:50-
go for a 1-2 mile jog! go online to see if you are walking briskly to now how far you get. then you can calculate how many calories burnt online.

????i dont know how long it takes you to jog?????
go to supermarket and get some healthy fruits and veggies and munch on those while watchin some t.v

after that...you can have whatev. for dinner. just dont overdue it! thats unhealthy. look online for how many calories/carbs you are able to eat a day. look for unhealthy and healthy carbs. what is also great to do is lets say you eat 1500 calories one day, then for the rest of the week, take of 500 calories so you eat 1500 but burn 500 or whatev. you want to do it. remember to excercise!
