There is mold growing on my shower door and walls. A few days ago i discovered some of it on my towel after i had dried off in the shower. If any of it had gotten into my eye/mouth, could it hurt me like cause an infection?

~yeah, that is not a good thing. especially if it is inhaled. mold in the lungs, is very harmful. clean it up, then put some bleach where the mold is growing,this will take care of it.good luck~

Well, yes, if you ingested it it can be very dangerous... It's mold! It is dangerous just being there and you breathing it in. Use some bleach and a scrubby to clean that shower for goodness sake!

mold can cause you all type of health problems, you need to get some tilex and clean your shower. or bleach and water, you shouldn't want to take chances with you health like that.read this website it will tell you alot.

Doubtful - but I'd get rid of it anyhow. Scrubbing brush and bleach does a good job.
