The F6 is the last Nikon fully automatic professional SLR. The AF-D, AF-G, AF-I, AF-S, AF VR lenses are completely compatible. AI-P lenses are able to focus manually. The body utilizes i-TTL, 3-D Color matrix metering, 11-area auto-focus system, and various shooting modes (including single, 3 fps low continuous, 5.5 fps high continuous, 8 fps high continuous with battery pack, and 1 fps continuous silent).
The FM10 is a completely manual SLR. It can use AF-D, AI-P, AF-I, AI-S, and AF-S lenses.

F6 is the flagship top of the line film Nikon, in fact the only Nikon remaining in their film line except for the FM10. The FM10 is a manual film camera, actually made by Cosina and branded by Nikon. The F6 costs significantly more, and is built for professional use.

My opinion is that it depends on what you really want, film or digital... apparently you don't know what you really want. First you need to decide that then start seriously shopping what ever style you like.
