Learn from it, and move on. A love affair will leave you empty feeling, they do not last, some last a long time but most do not and it just another part of your life that you have to repair. Good luck.

Think about the reason why the affair ended, it ended for a reason and probably the right one because that person was already spoken for. You have to turn the table and try to think how you would feel if your partner was cheating on you, its a gut wrenching feeling. Also why should you play second fiddle to anyone you should be the only one and not be shared with someone else.

You have to remember all the bad things he did you,write them down and every time you read it you ll think what a @@@@.Does get better with time although doesn't feel like it ever will in the begining.Iff it was an affair chances are youll be crying and you have to lie why your crying to your parner.Realy hard to get over and you never really know how to move on.

Meeting someone else can speed up the process, but in the mean time try to focus on something else..... Go to salsa classes or do anything which will distract you from thinking about him.
