We have 6 German Shepherds
One is retired from Schutzhund work and just lounges around.. invited me to play when she feels active.
The next one is 5 yrs old and his Grandfather was 2 time Nat Police Dog Champ. We rescued him from a situation where he had been attacked by pack and then the lady who owned "the pack"... beat him some more... He is now a very loving and gentle dog... absolutely loves his people.
Then there is Varka, a give me dog from a breeder and she gave me something to work with while I was waiting for my "competition dog"... but she may very well end up being my competiton dog also.
Next comes hubbies puppy that is now 2 yrs old and she is a powerful "defense dog"... sweet as can be at home but turns it on in the field when working
Now, he got another puppy and that is also a female but she was of the blood of his "heart dog".... so he couldn't resist her.
Finally my competiton dog was born... he is now 11 months old and a beautiful black sable and I have watched his mom and dad and the combination is :"made for me"...
So now I have a female and a male to work... she is soon to go for her Schutzhund 1 and he still has only basic training and will start in on the formal at age 12 months old when he is old enough to withstand a correction... I don't believe in "ANY" corrections on a dog prior to 12 months old...
Shepherds are smart and understand a strong "NO"...
HOT Dogssssssssss

Hi, we have a mini apricot poodle. She was suppose to be a toy but far outgrew the height and weight. She is adorable. My children are 18, 16 and 13 and this is their very first dog. She does not shed and does not have that doggie odor. Everyone loves her and thinks she is the cutest thing. She is also very smart. I wanted to go the small dog route and it really turned out better than we expected.

I have 7 dogs, 4 Great Danes, and 3 Shelties. Walking into my living room is funny. Great Danes stretched out on couches and Shelties squeezed somewhere between them. Though one Sheltie girl sleeps in front of the door so she can feel the cooler air coming from underneath the door. They are all great, and all have there own personalities.

I have a German Shepherd male,5 years named Bholoo. In Hindi, the name Bholoo means 'the simpleton'. He was given the name when he was 5 weeks old as he had no expressions of any kind in his face then. He remains the same even now. It is always alert to any unknown sound, sleeps on the floor and is very friendly to each member of the family. In eating, he is very fond of potato and eggs.

I have a springer and a westie. They love to eat meat and cheese, and fish. They have lots of toys, but I can't leave them out on the floor or they will fight over them. They only get to play with them with me, so I can monitor them. They follow me around the house all day, sleep by my chair, chase each other around, play outside, and jump on my husband cause he lets them. Their pet names are Chelsea and Cadence (katie). Chelsea was born march 1 2005, Cadence was born January 31 2007. I got Chelsea when she was 10 weeks, and Cadence at 8 weeks and 3 days old. Here are their pics.

I have two Portuguese Water Dogs who are the most spoiled dogs you are ever likely to meet. We built them an in ground pool with custom features JUST FOR THEM. For their birthdays we have a mini shopping spree. Last year we spent about 250 dollars for my male's birthday. We have birthday parties for them and make sure they are the happiest dogs in the world. My male's name is Maxwell Smart and my female's name is Dolley Madison. They are both fixed and are brother and sister (just two years apart, but from the same mom and dad).
