I'm 13 and i'm going to wisconsin dells on nov. 23, 24, 25.I'm overweight by like 20 pounds i weigh 141 and i want to get at least down to 136-137.What do I need to do to lose like 5 pounds? I don't eat breakfast or lunch. I need help give me some advice, some websites I could visit to find out information anything really will help. Has this ever happened to you or your daughter or sister cousin? HELP!!!

Who said youre overweight? People are idiots when they call a minor overweight. They need a kick in the head! I say just eat healthy and you will be fine. Drink lots of water and green tea. Make sure you eat.

First of all, you really need to eat breakfast and lunch. Actually, you lose weight better when you eat these meals. It's a proven fact. Just don't eat too much. Then excersize every day. Do as many sit ups, push ups, and jumping jacks as you possibly can. Jog. Cut back on the deserts. You'll be fit in no time.

Im 13 and weigh 141!
HaHa,So I Know EXACLTY what Your GOing Through!
I have a food Journal that i write everything that i eat and i write the amount of calories in it.Thats Helping me watch what im eating..Im taking walks with my mom almost everyday.I just started on Nov.1st to get a fresh start.
If I Keep This Up,Then I will results soon.Maybe You Should Try The Same!

Wow! Dont skip breakfast and lunch!
Just eat smaller portions, it's better for your metabolism.

Drink lots of water and cut down on the fatty foods.

If you want to lose weight lift some weights. your body has to work harder to hold onto the fat.

Do cardio this is very important. Take some long walks or run on a treadmill or something.

If you eat right (as in don't skip but eat healithily)
exercise (esp. cardio)
and drink lotsa water.

Also snack on celery. It burns more calories to eat it than you gain from it. XD

OK. The mistake you are doing is skipping meals. When you skip meals, your body goes into starvation mode, and you GAIN weight, because your body thinks you are not eating, so it is saving all the fat. Eat 3 square, healthy, meals a day, no snacks. Start doing exersize!!! Swimming is the best exersize. Ask to take swimming classes. When you swim for 1 hour, you lose 1 pound!!! Try to go jogging on the weekends, and do sit-ups at night. Drink lots of water!!! Good Luck!!!

if you dont read what i say you really arent going to lose weight. not all fats are bad for you and some fats help you lose weight, hard to understand but its true. if you dont eat breakfast, you wont lose weight. eat breakfast, have rarley any junk food or fats, eat lunch and have a smaller supper, and maybe have a healthy snack inbetween, also run/jog to get rid of some fat.

run around the block. eat breakfast and lunch but, make it a simple light breakfast or lunch. 5 pounds is not alot so, u might want to get started.

seriously i know it may seem like you need to loose weight ... because when i was 13 i thought like i NEEEDED to loose wieght ... and yeah this is the given answer... you dont need to loose weight ... but realli you dont ... the thing is ... if you show tht ur a killer person... being 20 lbs overweight isnt ne thing... because when u get older ... trust me ... tht 20 lbs will drive em crazy!! no lie.
