Not sure about the severity of the offense in Illinois, but in Kentucky it's a felony charge worth one to five years in prison.

Yes you can, anywhere... If you goto france and assault an officer and you 16 you could goto jail too... same with here or anywhere... at anyage in any place you can goto jail for it, even if it is a relative (although that relative would have to be an *** to attack his relative cop... unless it's kidding manner then the cop relative would be the *** for being too serious) so never mess with anyone, I come from a family with many cops and even an investigator, so I would recommend you follow the law.

a minimum of this officer could have been charged with ABH, particularly than attack. the reality the sufferer sustained a gash above her applicable eye, requiring stitches potential ABH would be a miles greater applicable. If this have been any opposite direction around and the Police officer sustained such harm it’s extraordinarily in all probability a value of GBH would have been pressed. as quickly as returned it is extra information the CPS are the two vastly incompetent or corrupt.

No, your first beating warrants a get out of jail free card. You can also only shoot an officer once in the head, after that its jail time! (joking.) Of course you will be arrested if you hit an officer, or even if you just threaten to.

Of course, it all depends on the severity of the case, the judge at the time and the police report. You will go to jail, but the determination if you will remain incarcerated is up in the air.

Not if you rush down to Toys R Us before the trial date, and buy a Monopoly game.
That will make you a good consumer citizen, and you can then flash the "get out of jail free" card to the judge and be on your merry way.

Not familiar with Illinois law but I'd be shocked if it wasn't a violation. Remember the law can also use whatever force is necessary to control a situation,if you know what I mean !
