Quite a lot, but we can't say exactly as we don't know your height, body type and current weight.
However, if you return to eating a lot more after the 30 days are up, you may gain it back quite quickly!

You should go for a jog for a half hour in the morning or do some fast exersizes in the morning (after you stretch for either one... you might pull a muscle) and then you come back home and eat breakfast, while you eat your body will burn energy and you will be losing weight while you eat (plus it's easier to exersize in the morning when you are at your lightest weight)... don't limit your calories you will gain your weight back as fast as you lose it or your forever be on 1000 calorie a day diet, just eat what you normally do just less of it, I just cut the sweets out of my diet and limit my self to a few sweets a day... heres what I did

stopped having tons of caffiene and sugar daily for 6 months... (only a small amount daily... like a candy bar, cookie, and 1/2 can of pop daily) and I ate 1/2 a pizza to my self and it was stuffed crust, xtra cheese and pepperoni (but my matabolism kicks in more with less sugar so I can eat like this and get down to a size 6) and I ate whoppers (2 actually) I weighed 179 lbs and in 6 months (with some more moving around since I started a job that required a small amount more than I usually did) I lost about 60 lbs... and I actually ate the food, and most people don't believe me but each time I had a kid my matabolism shut down so I had to start having cappaccinos and candy daily (I lost weight eating like this after I had kids) when my weight loss stopped I would just go from eating that stuff daily to a couple times a week).

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

It is unsafe to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week. A 1000 calorie/day diet may slow your metabolism and make it hard to get enough nutrients --- 1200 to 1500 is better.

It takes about 3500 calories less intake to lose a lb. So if you, pre diet, were eating about 2000 cal/day and not exercising, dropping to 1200 cal and adding 500 cal of exercise will be a 1300 cal/day change so about 2 lbs per week.

Umm... Sorry to be the mum archetype right here, however... Eating one thousand energy an afternoon and workout plenty is not particularly a healthful strategy to misplaced weight. And neither is attempting to lose plenty in a month... Brittle bones, malnutrition and many others. = unhealthy.
