Okay, I used to be 190 lbs. I was 12 and not very tall.
I started eating only 500 calories a day and I would follow my own little workout routine which consisted of six laps around my house, no less than 350 situps, 100 squats, and various other exercises that now I have no idea why I did.
I lost 5 lbs. a week until I got to 100 lbs.
What I'm saying is that if you want to lose 10 lbs in that amount of time you'll have to put your body through hell.

Now, I would reccomend a diet high in fiber (thats key), low in calories (cause calorie control is 89.9% of your weight loss right there), and non-fat.
And just add some moderate intensity exercise in your daily routine, and you'll be fine :)

It would be hard and unsafe. You would have to restrict calories so much that your metabolism will slow and stop weight loss. Aiming to lose 1-2 lbs a week is sensible.

It takes about a 3500 calorie change per pound. For 10 pounds that means 35,000 calories less food or increased exercise; 17,500 per week, 2500 per day to do it in 2 weeks

If you are now eating about 2000 cal/day, to lose safely you would need to change to 1200 cal/day and add 1700 calories of exercise. That would be about 5-8 hours of extral physical activity per day depending on the activity.

why do you need to lose it in 2 weeks? its hard to lose a set amount in a set amount of time.. but if you really need to, try getting a better diet, cut out the junk and do more cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, etc.
