Hey, love Weight Watchers.
My fav breakfast is
1 cup plain no-fat yogurt.
1 cup skim milk.
1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries.
Sweetener to taste.
Blend.
5 points. 1 water serving, 2 dairy servings, 3 fruit/veggie servings.
I also use blueberries. Higher in fiber but use only one cup to stay in points.

We had homemade breakfast burritos. Cut a raw potatoes in cubes, cook in microwave for a couple of minutes. In a large skillet add a little oil and heat. Add the potatoes, onions, meat (any kind you like... bacon, sausage, ham, steak um's) cook till everything is done. Drain on paper towel. In the same pan scramble some eggs, add other ingredients, mix well. Serve on flour burrito shells. It's fast easy and cheaper than driving to Mc Donald's. :-)

I'm on WW too but I'm going for breakfast tacos. My trick is to order one taco and one extra tortilla, then split the contents of the first tortilla and make two tacos. It will cost me about 6-7 points (4 for the two tortillas and the rest for the egg and beans) but it will be worth it to me! My other trick is to order the tacos on corn tortillas but this morning, I want FLOUR! Whoo-hoo! Have a great morning!

Bay's English Muffin with butter/margarine and strawberry jam; coffee, scrambled eggs with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, two Jennie-O Turkey Sausage Links, medications, and a bottle of water...(I think I was in my guidelines of 60 carbs...
