If you have Open Office Suite, how do you like it?

Can you tell me its pros and cons?

Some of the pros are, it's free and the 2.3 release comes with has an extension manager in the tools section which will download a whole lot of extras including clipart & templates, it's a bit easier to use than Microsoft office, a document or spreadsheet can be directly exported as a pdf file, it handles all the document formats that Microsoft office uses including editing & saving them, it has a dedicated draw programme which is also available in writer & it's not as bloated as MS office.

I can only think of a couple of cons, sometimes complicated macros in MS documents can sometimes not work properly, Ooo base isn't as good as MS Access.

I like it just fine. The word processor doesn't have all of the bells and whistles like Word, but then I'm not in an office environment and really don't need all the extras.

The Spread Sheet seems to work just fine. It to is a little different the Excel, but it is free.

As for the rest, I find that it works just fine. And I really did enjoy keeping the $450 or so that Microsoft Office costs in my pocket.

Hi, its really nice actually. You have all the same features though its interface isn't as good as Office 2007, its more like 2003 but its compatible with Microsoft Office. I hope I helped.
