Okay, soo I was trespassing after dark in a cemetery, wasn't doing anything wrong, just exploring. Cops stop me, tell me they know I wasn't vandalizing, but "They've been coming down hard on us about this lately, so we just can't let you go" sooo they give me a thing I have to sign, which also tells me when my court date is(dec 13th) now they said I didn't have to go, but I could if I wanted to.

what I'm wondering is if I'm going to be getting a letter in the mail. I'm 18, but my parents like to read my mail..and I just dont thin k its their buisiness.. So, what I'm wondering is if I'm going to have to look for a letter in the mail? Will the court or the police be writing me for any reason? and if so, is there a way I can get them to mail me at a friends house or something of the sort? or maybe I can just go to the court or post office directly to pick up my mail?

If there was not then I dont think they have a case but if you just want it over with and are not concerned with the fact they just want money from you for no apparent reason (such as the case with so many tickets given out) then pay your fine before the court date and it will be resolved as for the people who asked you to get a job or are you on your meds screw them they are all sheep and will soon figure out that being a sheep is bad news and for all the p.c people out there reading this try and remember the last time you had a thought of your own

They said you didn't have to go? That probably means you have the option of paying a fine beforehand or "pleading guilty" before the court date. What you need to do is go to the courthouse and talk to the court clerk or DA clerk about it.
If you do miss your court date and haven't paid your fine or taken care of the mess beforehand, you will likely get a bench warrant issued for Failure to Appear (this is akin to being arrested) or at the very least get some follow up letters telling you what it is you need to do to resolve the issue.
The cops don't issue tickets and let you just get off completely free.
Believe me.
And, as was my experience, I went to the court clerk to get it all resolved before the court date and didn't get the information in writing and when my court date came and went, I was cited for FTA and had to turn myself in to be arrested and post bail ($400, not that big a deal, but never should have/would have happened if I had gotten everything in writing saying I had paid my fine in advance).

Go to your court date and pay your fine so they don't mail you anything and then go directly to the post office and fill out a change of address form but make sure wherever you change it to your friends parents don't call yours.

You need to sit down and take a good hard look at yourself. If I was the cop I would have contacted your parents personally and recommended a psych. evaluation. Try getting a JOB.

Try getting a job, or doing your homework. Seek help if you have a mental illness.
