Because they are usually made with mayo and such, 2-3 days tops, as long as they have been covered or tightly sealed in the refrigerator.

Don't keep it any longer than a day!! They are made with mayo and it's just not worth the chance. Also if there were out on the counter for any longer then an hour, throw them..

Depends on how long you left them out when you served them. If you left them 30-60min, they'll be good for one day, refrigerated.
If you left them out just for a minute, they'll be okay for 4-5 days.
