you have to get more excited.... the more turned on you are the loser the muscles get..... when you are at all nervous, the muscles tighten up and its very very painful.....
Now i don't recommend this if you are under-aged, or if you and borris have not been together for a very long time..... but it does help if you get a few drinks in you just to loosen up the muscles..... I don't mean get tanked, you do want to enjoy the experience, but 2 or 3 drinks will relax your muscles and numb some of the pain..... (p.s. once it get going, the pain turns to pleasure, and the pain you feel the next day will just remind you of the great sex you had!)

This doesn't make a lot of sense to me as you say this is your boyfriend although you a virgin and he has lost his virginity recently ... wouldn't that mean he has cheated on you?!
Would you really want a man like this as your boyfriend?!
Anyhow the reason for the painful sex is probably because you not feeling relaxed enough - it your body's way of telling you that you are just not ready yet.
Just because he no longer a virgin doesn't mean you need to be in a rush to lose yours. If he respects you enough, he will wait until you ready.

Sweetie this is very normal, when you have sex for the first few times is hurts like hell cause the skin is torn or its going to tear.. theres nothing really you can do but more practice and lube, the more you do it the better it gets, I PROMISE you!
So just really try and get into the sex part without thinking about the pain and it will go better, but if you just keep thinking about how its going to hurt then the pain will be 10X more then it really is cause your thinking about it.

This may sound disgusting to some but try starting with a couple fingers first.Start out with him putting 2 fingers in you,then go up to 3,then 4.That should get you ready for the real thing.
