Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. I went to the plastic surgeon for help with this and he told me that it is an accumulation of fat just under your eyes. With age and time gravity gives it a tug and worsens it. It is a simple procedure to have the fat removed by a certified plastic surgeon. Make sure to look for someone you trust because it is your face we are talking about here. Cool compacts on your eyes before putting makeup on will help a bit as does a product from lancome called "high Resolution".

This can be a sign you're not drinking enough water. I've also heard that anti-oxidants can help with dark circles, so maybe have yourself some green tea and blueberries...

IF you don't get enough sleep, dark circles will take place under your eyes.

Obtain smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is much easier – those diminutive servings suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to consume less.
