A lot of people have your problem. But what your doing is bad for your health, there is much easier ways to loose weight. 1st you might think not eating much, vomiting and taking laxitives is making you loose weight, really its extremly bad for your health. Please stop. If you want to loose weight in a more healthy way you have to do it in a confident way. Try to get one of your friends to do it with you if you can first. You need to eat three healthy meals a day and drink atleast one water bottle a day. If you ever get hungery, for snacks have some fresh fruit or vegtables. And you dont have to eat all healthy. Every once in a while go grab a small sunday for a treat, for staying healthy all week. Just avoid eating too many unhealthy foods. Also try an exercise program that is'nt too hard. Do some beginner exercises 3 times a week and do more advance stuff as you go. Do not overwork yourself with exersizes either. For beginner exersizes try 3 sets of 25 push-ups,25 crunches,25 leflifts, and one 10,9,8. 10,9 8s is when you do 10 jumping jacks,10 jumping jacks with your hands on your hips,10 butt kicks, and 10 rebounds. Then you start over with 9 each and so on. Start out with 5,4,3s if you feel you ca'nt do it. If thats too hard do 2 sets or something easier. I promise you if you have patience and follow this you will start seeing results within' a couple weeks. Hope this helped.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You said yourself that you used to eat constantly, so don't expect your weight to come off over night. You want to go about this in a healthy way. Start out by sitting down and making a plan to eat healthy foods, maybe write down everything (and I mean everything) you eat and drink for a week or two (time/kind of food or drink/amount), so you get an idea where you are currently with your food intake, before you plan on changing things.
Evaluate portion sizes and eat at least 5 small meals a day, so your metabolism doesn't slow down.
Then incorporate some exercise into your daily schedule. Combine some aerobic exercises with weight training.
Please don't take laxatives or make yourself throw up. You are depleting your body of nutrients it needs for basic bodily functions and you will hurt yourself in the long run.

Okay first of all, what you are doing is not good for you - you probably already know this so I'm not gonna push you on it.

I am 18 and am about your height as well but weigh about 55kg. What I do to stay around that weight is just eat healthily and regularly. Try not to skip breakfast because it's an important part of staying healthy and having energy throughout the day.
Some good foods to eat are:
- fruits
- veggies
- lean meats like chicken and turkey
- rice (try to stay away from potatoes or pasta if possible)
I personally eat quite a bit of bread actually and it doesn't seem to affect my weight. I actually also have a massive sweet tooth but as long as you don't eat too much sweets or chips (chips are baaad by the way - they have saturated fats so they basically store the fat for a long time).
Another thing you could buy for snacks is those awesome cereal type bars or something like muesli bars. They should make you feel reasonably full plus are generally really healthy.
But honestly I think the most important part right now is that you stop making yourself throw up. I bet you've read plenty of articles about it leading into food disorders and how your teeth will disintegrate and whatnot.
Just eat healthy food regularly and drink lots of water too. :)
Lots of luck. <3

Why don't you set some goals and plans for all the areas of your life? If you want to be close to friends or family, set goals in that area. If you think that your weight is the only important thing in your life, you are mistaken. Its also important to eat a balanced diet, keep healthy, maintain relationships, work or study, etc.

If you think that this is "a lecture", maybe its because you are so focused on one issue.

Many people, including myself, want to lose weight. But it has to be approached in moderation with all the other things going on in our lives.

vomiting ..why bother if you have like nothing to puke out anyways? Seriously why even bother i mean water has no calories and you eating like 100 cals a day. That is not healthy.. you can drop weight with this diet, but your body can also turn on you and give you violent food cravings and you'll make dieting even harder for yourself. Truely if you want to lose a lot of weight give it time. I can help you lose up to a pound a day, but thats the max.
Okay buy :
seafood(shrimp. fish, herring, salmon, lobster. oyster) these are extremely low on carbs and really healthy.
Buy apples.. apples are good for cleaning out your system and they are low on cals.
Buy other fruits such as oranges, greapfruit, kiwi, bannas and strawberries.
Soups such as chicken soup, tomatoe soup, and w,e else you like without the noodles..
Drink a lot of tea and water
tea tastes really good with natural honey..
honey can replace sugar which is less fatening and much healthier.

AVOID:
Deep fried foods, cheese, milk, food that contain oils such as vegtable oild, palm oil, olive oil, etc, keep away from sodas and other boxed or canned foods you get from the grocery store that contain much cals, carbohydrates, saturated fats, and sugar.

CARBOHYDRATES.. are sugars that turn to fat within your body
CALORIES: are good for you because they provide you with energy, but to much calories can also be unhealthy
SATURATED FATS: are animal fats such as lards
SUGAR: most likely is an unatural carbohydrate which also will turn into fat in your body.

Eat atleast 700 calories a day

the products i suggested to you are mainly based on water calories which don't turn to fat in your body and rather cleanse the body and help your body drop the unhealthy fats..
don't vomit it out because only nasty trashy girls do that..
sorry just want to keep you healthy
Love kurin

Sorry, but you are going to get a lecture -- you have an eating disorder plain and simple.

If you aren't willing to take the step to help yourself, then others cannot help you either.

If you eat low calorie, low fat foods you will lose weight. Also, its much better to eat a few smaller meals than to eat one meal a day-that will slow down your metabolism and you won't burn calories as fast.

you really need to try a great recording for reducing your desire for food without hurting your body...especially your teeth!! it works and has a money back guarantee if it doesn't.....you can eat the food you desire...but you won't desire more than half on your plate...and there's even one for wanting to drink more water and to decrease any sugar addiction...minimal output of effort...just 20 minutes a day..... its at www indpendentachievement com and worth a try....it worked for me
