I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus that He is one person of the Trinity. Father, Son, Holy Spirit. I believe in His teachings. His two great commandments were to Love God, and Love your fellow man.

Oh, sure I will sum up Christianity for you:

A Perfect God with full knowledge and foresight made an Imperfect creation with sin and suffering, the only solution being NOT direct action (since human Free Will is some kind of force-field or something) but God cuts off a piece of himself, calls it his Son, and then sends it down in a pathetic piece of street-theater to go get killed for the amusement of some Romans and Jews. So he sacrifices himself to himself, this reflexive act then changing nothing in the universe which goes on as before.

Sounds pretty silly, doesn't it? But the Christians are spoon-fed it as children a little at a time, reinforced but with no explanation or justification of each step of the chronology, so they don't realize how crazy it sounds to an adult exposed to it for the first time.

Christians, basically, are those that follow or abide in the Lord Jesus Christ (Yeshua the Mashiah). I am a Christian. Religion, in my opinion, is the personal and harmonious relationship with God. One can call it by any system or style name, but if one has this relationship, he has religion.

A Christian is a Christian because he or she believes in Jesus Christ. This is because Jesus said:

17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. ( John 3 )

The main theme in the Bible is: trust God, and He will bless you, don't trust God and suffer His wrath.

Jesus was sent to provide the propitiation for sins, and the believer can claim that propitiation for salvation. That's Christianity in a nut shell.

There are 38,000 different Christian sects.
It is a very confused religious grouping.
They all claim that Jesus is God and is called Christ, that is why they are called Christians.
Each sect is the only correct one.

christianity is a way of life. we believe in God 1st, then Jesus he's son whom he sent to die and take away the sins of the world! through Jesus we have grace that is why God forgives our sins. the Holy spirit is whom he sent to be in us and that who's voice you hear in your heart, but its like a whisper so it's up to u to listen closely. but u only recive the Holy spirit after you give your life to God thats simply submitting yourself to do he's will. the Bible is the best place to start if u're hungry for God. start with the Gospel(matthew, mark, luke and john), let God do the rest.
