If your skin is sensitive (in addition to being oily and acne-prone), I'd recommend Cetaphil. When I was younger, my dermatologist gave me Cetaphil.

I've got similar skin and have tried both products and I prefer Cetaphil because it's lathers.

My teenage son's doctor told him to use Cetaphil for his acne....and it has worked.

soap and water, twice a day clean the skin thoroughly, then apply a very small amount of whatever antiseptic cream you prefer. lots, will only clog the pores more.
