The most innocuous way of asking someone out is by asking them whether they want to come to lunch with you. It's not a date, but it allows you to get to know her. Asking friends always backfires - when people find out they've had questions asked about them it generally turns out badly.

if you know her friends then start hanging out with them an d eventually u wld get to knw her...if u dnt knw her friends find out wer she hangs out adn hang out there and then one day just say hi ..
