Yes, about 90pc of the time. With excursions to the past, to remember wonders, or to reprocess experiences and interpret them anew. And perhaps two pc in the future to plan something. It seems to me that in Western culture, especially when young, we spend an awful lot of time on future dreams and fantasies including "heaven" - and too little in the present, or on the forseeable looming realities of the future (like climate change!). As one's future shrinks, one realizes the importance of the present!

Sometimes. Sometimes I'm such a dreamer that I live in the future. Sometimes I think so much about "they way things used to be" that I live in the past.
What a gift it is to be content and live in the present!

Sometime living in the now is hard for us humans. We have a time agenda. But remember the past you cannot change and the present does not exist, so live for NOW!

I try to live in the present as much as possible....although, I must admit, I think I do have my moments of reliving the past.

Unfortunately, yes. However I often allow myself to live in the past just so I can make it through these hellish days I've been having lately.

Mostly. But sometimes, like when I answer a question that reminds me how lonely I am, I live in the past when My Steve was alive.
