UCSB is. It is closer to more clubs (downtown SB), has the "infamous" Del Playa Drive, and to top it off, you can have fun at parties, and go to one of the top schools in California too! Just be careful, with the parties sometimes come unsavory types. If you are a girl, always go to a party with a friend and leave with a friend who can help you get home safe.
Also in Isla Vista (the UCSB college town), there is a strict midnight noise ordinance, so most parties disperse soon after.

Put it this way. I go to Cal Poly, and for Halloween, I know a bunch of people that drove to UC Santa Barbara because they have bigger parties. So yes, as the other person stated. UC Santa Barbara.
