deleting deleted files is not possible when you delete the files are gone if your computer needs space it will take any space that your deleted files have taken automatically if you want to free all the space your will have to reformat and install everything again but believe me there is no need to do this your deleted files don't take any room on your hard drive that cannot be used
edit and to all the people telling you to install programs to clean your hard drive the programs you install will take up more room than the files you are trying to get rid of so it would seem to be a pointless excercise both in cost and time

I`d go with what Computer Guy said. Ccleaner is a free piece of software that cleans out your hard drive and gets rid of all the junk files, broken shortcuts and temporary files from your hard drive. It can also delete redundant registry entries. A valuable piece of software that as a computer repair man myself, always install on my customers computers.
You can`t go wrong with it.

If they are deleted, then the space is already allocated to be used as required. You do not have to do anything else to make the space more available.

if you are short on diskspace, try ccleaner.
It cannot work miracles, but it can give you some breathing room.
