2Timothy 2:23-26.......tells us:
- intro: God knows who are rightfully His (since the beginning), and those who have the pure heart reaching God for help ...and they will be used for special purposes... (probably to catch more righteous good childrens of God, or to cast-out evil-influenced, pridefull & destructive ones.)
- your passages of questions...tells us:
...if you are now God`s informer, teacher, preacher with full of knowledge about God`s word. Please be... careful, patient & humble in talking about God`s word nor correcting other lives & belief, and avoid foolish & ignorant arguments... because you might fall into satan`s trap of subtle influence in misleading you towards his side through pridefull intellectual & calculating discussions between the Un-informed, Un-educated, illiterate & foolish men.
...with their foolish or pure heart trying to reach God, you may find these people to be given the opportunity to know the truth and become loyal to God... more than you do.
Your Acts passages just tells us:
- Those who fear, believe God and do what is righteous are acceptable in heaven`s kingdom to God the Father, no matter what race they belong...
...meaning, any... religion, race, nation...will be saved to live in eternity with God as long as you believe in Him, His word (thru Jesus Christ), obedient in His law/commandment, exudes Love to everyone and live his worldly life according to his belief. Of course, because God is LOVE, Peace and sinless.
Can you do that? ...God Bless !!!!!!!

I assume you are confused by the use of the word GENDER which in this case does not refer to sex because it is not a noun but a verb. The definition is as follows: Main Entry: gender: Function: verb
Etymology: Middle English gendren, from Anglo-French gendrer, from Latin generare — more at generate
Date: 14th century: engender: to cause to exist or to develop : produce intransitive verb
The confusion lies in the usage of Elizabethan English as opposed to modern English. The passage of 2 Tim. 2:23-26 cautions that argumentative witnessing and disagreements are to be avoided. It is through a meek and humble spirit a witness can help someone to avoid sin and become a Christian.
As far as Acts 10, this is reference to Peter's first contact with a gentile. Up until that point, Peter believed that the message of the Messiah was intended for the Jews only. However, when the Lord showed him in a dream that all things that had by Jewish law were forbidden to Jews now were available to them. This signified that the message of salvation was now open to all, Jew and Gentile. That Jesus came to save everyone from sin.

2 Tim 23-26
We are to be kind and gentle, patient and courteous when teaching about Christ. We are to avoid foolish debates in teaching God's word - the Bible. If we do this, those who oppose us will be more willing to hear what we have to say and turn from their error.
Which verse in Acts 10 are you asking about?
See Acts 11:3 When Peter brought the news of Cornelius's conversion back to Jerusalem, the believers were shocked that Peter had eaten with Gentiles. After they heard the whole story, however, they praised God (11:18).
See John 4:9 The woman was surprised for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans. She said to Jesus, "You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?"
The point being made here is "religious legalism." Jews and gentiles were not supposed to associate with each other.

Acts 10
AC 10:38 Who went about doing good.
Few words, but yet an exquisite miniature of the Lord Jesus Christ. There are not many touches, but they are the strokes of a master's pencil. Of the Saviour and only of the Saviour is it true in the fullest, broadest, and most unqualified sense. "He went about doing good." From this description it is evident that He did good personally. The evangelists constantly tell us that He touched the leper with His own finger, that He anointed the eyes of the blind, and that in cases where He was asked to speak the word only at a distance, He did not usually comply, but went Himself to the sick bed, and there personally wrought the cure. A lesson to us, if we would do good, to do it ourselves. Give alms with your own hand; a kind look, or word, will enhance the value of the gift. Speak to a friend about his soul; your loving appeal will have more influence than a whole library of tracts. Our Lord's mode of doing good sets forth His incessant activity! He did not only the good which came close to hand, but He "went about" on His errands of mercy. Throughout the whole land of Judea there was scarcely a village or a hamlet which was not gladdened by the sight of Him. How this reproves the creeping, loitering manner, in which many professors serve the Lord. Let us gird up the loins of our mind, and be not weary in well doing. Does not the text imply that Jesus Christ went out of His way to do good? "He went about doing good." He was never deterred by danger or difficulty. He sought out the objects of His gracious intentions. So must we. If old plans will not answer, we must try new ones, for fresh experiments sometimes achieve more than regular methods. Christ's perseverance, and the unity of His purpose, are also hinted at, and the practical application of the subject may be summed up in the words, "He hath left us an example that we should follow in His steps."

2 Tim 2:23-26 is a command for us not waste our time bickering when we should be furthering the Kingdom of God.
Acts 10 is a story about 2 visions. Bottom line is proof that both Jew and Gentile are seen favorable in the eyes of God and all should be baptized in His name.

Do people a favor, give the text in the comment area of your question. It would be the polite thing to do.
