Sounds like you changed your own brake pads. I have the exact problem, with the same vehicle, it means that there is a small leak, probably in a caliper and as long as you keep the brake fluid up will not affect your driving. Best bet is to take it in and have a pro fix it, but, that might not do the job. I had them fix my O2 sensor and it still makes the engine light come on. If you are not venting fluid then the sensor went south.

This truck has I believe 3 fuses operating the system. If all fuses are good, Check the rear axle sensor wire harness plug in at the sensor with an ohm meter. It should read approximately 1800 ohms. If it's bad it will not read at all. If good, Check the brake fluid level. If good, with the key on and brake and ABS lights on, mash the emergency brake slowly and see if the brake warning light gets a little brighter. If it doesn't, the park light warning switch at the top of the park brake mechanism is staying grounded for some reason. Next, disconnect the battery for a few seconds and hook it back. See if the the brake an ABS light comes back on. Some times the ABS controller will trip itself for no reason at all. If they DO come back on you need to take it in to get it fixed. It will have codes in it but you need a trouble shooting manual to check them out.

On a 4x4 you may have 4 wheel abs. There will be sensors up front too. There are several things it could be.
Speed Sensor
ABS Pump Motor
ABS System Relay
To name the main three. It will be hard to get a good guess on here. The dealer will be able to figure it out with their computer system. However an independant shop with good computer diagnostic equipment may be able to help you as well. I would bet on the rear wheel speed sensor but I just can't say based on the fact that the light is on.

you will possibly be able to desire to take it and get it hooked u to a test gadget. those truck are very undesirable for the rear speed sensor that is going into the appropriate of the rear end housing. your transmission difficulty i might have it serviced filter out fluid substitute, alter the intermediate band, overdrive and occasional opposite bands. could be a superb concept to change the governor stress solenoid and sensor whilst the pan is off. wish this facilitates good success.additionally make shure you're checking the fluid in impartial
