Pantheism holds that god is the material world.
Panentheism holds the same except that God is also transcendent about the material world.

the father is in heaven, the son was material. the holy spirit is inside human beings. god says he is in the rock and the air, also the burning bush, and i believe moses's cane.

good evidence to call it panentheistic?

I'll just settle for parasitic - it certainly manages to drain the financial resources of most of its followers without too much trouble.

I think of Christianity as Bitheistic - they believe in two divine powers: God and Satan. I'm not counting Jesus and the Holy Spirit in there, since the Trinity makes Jesus, God and HS all the same divine power.

The Christian vies of God is not Pantheistic. They do not hold that God is the Material world, He is outside of it out side of time and space.

Nope, completely wrong, sorry.

God is holy, that means He is separate from His creation. If I chop down a tree I am not "injuring" God.

Since the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are all one, we worship one God who apart from His creation.
