Austria and Finland have both flown the SAAB Drakken, I also believe they purchased the follow on Griffin fighter/bomber. I do not know if they are bought from the Swedish government, or from the manufacturer. Probably a little of both as the aircraft were configured differently and had certain other modifications. Saab will of course bid on contracts sent out from other friendly countries, as will Lockheed, Boeing, Panavia, Dassault etc. It all depends on the requirements of each countries airforce.

Im pretty sure they don't sell there Aircraft to anyone apart from Sweden, its very secretive. Everything is classified about them and they don't want any one else to know.
This might not be true but im almost sure it is
