Please inform me, a serious Bible student, of the scripture that describes the complexion of Adam and Eve other than the material below.
The root meaning of the word of man in Genesis is red. If that is taken literally to apply to Adam's color, Adam would not have been white, but perhaps Indian as the American Indians were also called this color?
If you read Noah's account you will see that at least one of Noah's sons' children was black. If you wonder how the human colors came about, look around you. Isn't it obvious that God likes variation.
Flowers, dogs, all things have been given an abundance of colors and variation.

The name "Adam" means red. He was named Adam because his skin was a reddish tone. The soil was red, kinda like the soil around Sedona, Arizona or Oklahoma City.
The races, according to the Bible came more from Noah's sons than Adam anyway.
“All men living today belong to a single species, Homo sapiens, and are derived from a common stock. . . . Biological differences between human beings are due to differences in hereditary constitution and to the influence of the environment on this genetic potential. In most cases, those differences are due to the interaction of these two sets of factors. . . . Differences between individuals within a race or within a population are often greater than the average differences between races or populations.”—An international body of scientists convened by UNESCO, quoted in Statement on Race (New York, 1972, third ed.), Ashley Montagu, pp. 149, 150.
“A race is simply one of the partially isolated gene pools into which the human species came to be divided during and following its early geographical spread. Roughly one race has developed on each of the five major continental areas of the earth. . . . Man did indeed diverge genetically during this phase of history and we can measure and study the results of this divergence in what remains today of the old geographical races. As we would expect, divergence appears to be correlated with the degree of isolation. . . . When race formation took place on the continents, with the bottlenecking of thousands of populations in isolated gene pools all over the world, the gene-frequency differences we now see were established. . . . The paradox which faces us is that each group of humans appears to be externally different yet underneath these differences there is fundamental similarity.” (Heredity and Human Life, New York, 1963, H. L. Carson, pp. 151, 154, 162, 163) (Thus, early in human history, when a group of people were isolated from others and married within the group, certain distinctive combinations of genetic traits were emphasized in their offspring.)

How do you figure that Adam and Eve where white? More than likely they where of darker skin color, a very nice tan. Adam and Eve had all the necessary DNA and coding to produce all the races of people on the earth just as a pair of dogs had all the necessary DNA and coding to produce all the breeds of dogs. All part of God's plan.

Who said they were white?
I seem to recall hearing that back in the day, when people were more openly racist, they said black people bore the Mark of Cain, Adam and Eve's son who murdered his brother. God made him black in punishment and he passed it down to his descendants.
Of course, the real reason we have black people and white people is cause the black people come from parts of the world that get more sun light, and the black pigment melanin protects against sunburn. White people, coming from northern regions where its not as hot, don't need it. Evolution for the win.

(May you follow the right path)
Science gives us the answer for the different colours of human beings. We get the proof of Adam (A.S.) and Eve (A.S) from the religion and the proof of different colours of human beings from science.
Thank you

The Bible never mentions what color their skin was. Skin color wasn't important then! Read you Bible, go to Bible study, there are different writings explaining why there are different people of different colors, and different languages. The Story of The Tower of Babel, will explain.

Adam and Eve didn't exist, so how do you know they were white? And the first humans were African. The color of their skin changed as a result of migration to colder climates, getting lighter the further north they went. It's called "evolution and adaptation."

Adam and Eve are mythical beings, but the fact is, the first homo sapience humans where most definitely black, and not white or yellow.
We humans are all descended from black Africans, some of us simply faded a little over the 200,000 years since the first Homo Sapience humans appeared
