Never heard this one.. but if true I should have plenty of cramps to last me a lifetime.

You can get cramps no matter what the temperature is. They are usually caused by dehydration, sore muscles, lack of magnesium or calcium.

Call your doctor if your muscle cramps are severe, last a long time, or keep coming back and do not go away with simple stretching.

you can get cramps for running in hot & cold weate. it depends on your body type. i personally am a cheerleader and i had a game last night at 8 o' clock and i ran and ran and i didnt get any cramps. it was freezing too.

yes you can and be careful if your running in the cold. When your running inthe cold you can pull and tear muscles easier.
In August, iran in upstate new york and tore the munisic in my knee and was out half of my country season. Stay hydrates, properly stretch, do your warm ups and be careful.
