First, Windows 2000 and Windows Millenium are two different OS systems ...so we need to know which one....next, check for a windows 2000/ or millenium driver that supports your cam .....then lastely ...see if the software that comes with the cam is compatable or not (May have to run it in a compatability more for Win95 if it is that old)
Not sure if this is a new cam or an old ...what errors do you get when loading the software....what is the model of the cam///just lab tech web? Can you look it up on the net with the serial numbers ?

Windows 2000 is not Windows Millenium (Windows ME).

Go to the lab tech website, and see if there is a Windows 2000 or ME driver for that camera. If not, then you might try the XP driver (2000) or the 98 driver (ME). XP and 2000 are very similiar. ME and 98 are similiar.

Hi, visit ur camera manufacturer's website and download Windows 2000 or ME's drivers from their website. Once u setup the drivers to work perfectly u will be able to perform the same things u used to do with Windows Xp. I hope I helped.
Good Luck!
