I have prayed a few times but not out loud, does God know what I'm thinking? I'm going through a tough time at the moment and I need Gods help.

Yes, He knows what you're thinking. Just talk to Him like He's your best friend. After all, He created you, so that makes Him you're closest kin, your kinsman redemer.

God created everything for His pleaseure. What He wants most from us is our love. Tell Him that you love Him and you'll make His day.

Instead of asking Him for your troubles and problems to go away, ask for the strength and wisdom to overcome them

To worry is to doubt every wonderful promise God made to you.

You first need to really know God. Then you need to understand that he answers prayers in many different ways so make sure to keep an open mind. If you are really seriously praying to God then he will answer. He might give you the answer now, tomorrow, in a few days, or even a week from now. Just be sure that you accept all answers, because he may give you an answer that you don't want to hear or this may be a time of testing your faith. You also need to pray in the good times as well as the bad times. You can't only turn to him in times of need. You need to praise him for what you do have and do not ask for material item's as they are useless to him. Pray for patience, wisdom, courage, and strength to mention a few. there are many things that need to be done to understand how God works and all of these things can be found in His word (Bible). Read and reread and ask questions from people with the same beliefs until you understand a little more. Then reread it again. God wants spiritual progress not spiritual perfection. Nobody said it would be easy to be a Christian and it isn't always but in the end you will be glad you turned to him. GOD BLESS!!

God sees and knows all, it is not necessary to pray out loud. Sorry to hear you're having a tough time, you are going to the right source for help and comfort. I'm sure these things are temporary and trust your prayers will be answered.

I'm surprised your question was allowed to stay on the forum, since they are pulling any reference to it off. Prayer is First Line of defense in confronting any situation. God knows the hearts and minds of mankind. By all means Pray without ceasing.

Although not one of the christian faith, i do believe in prayer and meditation.God, is omnipotent and all knowing...however, i was taught to humble myself before god. To drop down on my knees and speak my prayers in voice as well as thought. Always remembering to say "please" and "thank you"

We must walk through the good times in gratitude and the difficult times with grace and faith. Thank the God of your understanding for not only the good times, but for the hard times as well.....for God does have a plan for you and it is already set in motion.

Give your worries to God, take action by doing the next right thing and have Faith that all will work out just as it should.

i hope you find what it is you seek...

blessed be

He knows exactly when you are praying! We all go through some really trying times and i know prayer really helps. Be sure you direct your prayer to the father through Jesus Christ and this way you can be certain He will hear you. God Bless!

Here is the Scripture that answers your question:

God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we ask or think - Ephesians 3:20

God is a very present help in times of trouble and He is your refuge, Amen

Thoughts of God are prayers. God is within you not outside of you. Go within and find the wisdom that is already inside of you. You are a Spirit within a physical body. The body can be discarded and at some point it will be. The Spirit is eternal and your link to God can never be broken.

Believing that an invisible friend in the sky is listening to you (and everyone else), is watching you and influencing your life are symptoms of what is called schizoid delusional mental disorder. This disorder can sometime evolve in a full blown mental disease with dire consequences dear. If you have those symptoms you should speak to a psychiatrist without delay.
