I am agnostic, so I don't do bible verses. But when someone needs a hug or cheering up it's always nice to send them a note or a card letting them know how much they mean to you. Everyone has someone who loves and or likes them. Sometimes we get to feeling down and don't feel like others care, but they do.
When you feel like you're not happy or just down it doesn't hurt to reach out to friends and family for support. We all need some cheering up and hugs.
